For the purpose of adhering to relevant laws and regulations, and to enhance governance concepts, and to assist the Board in performing key functions. A number of committees emanating from the Board of Directors have been formed, namely:
- Audit Committee: The Audit Committee was formed from non-executive members, including accounting and financial management specialists, to report to the Board of Directors. It seeks to reduce the burden on the Board of Directors, measure the performance of the Company and manage its activities, supervise internal control systems, assess adherence to regulations, laws and plans, examine and comment on all accounting policies and communicate with external parties in evaluating the performance of the Company through disclosure, Financial Statements.
- Nominations and Remuneration Committee The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors shall prepare recommendations for nominations for the posts of Directors and Senior Executive Management, as well as to make recommendations on the policies and regulations governing the awarding of compensation and bonuses.
